Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College is a government
funded College of further and higher education. Every year it
welcomes over 3,000 students from 112 different countries.

Ealing Campus
Introduction
The College is incredibly proud of the long standing academic
success achieved by students in The Sixth Form Centre. In 2005,
the Ealing Institute of Media was launched, which specialises in
all areas of art, media production, interactive media and
digital animation. The College also has an excellent reputation
for teaching English Language (ESOL) courses.
The ethos of academic excellence and individual achievement
is shared by all our highly qualified and experienced staff.
Students who join our Ealing campus can expect to succeed.
Location
The College has a warm, friendly atmosphere and students
enjoy a canteen overlooking Walpole Park, a library with free
internet access, newspapers, magazines, videos and DVDs and a
gym.
Hammersmith
Campus
Introduction
Hammersmith is our largest campus, with over 10,000 students.
The College offers a large number of full-time and part-time
courses across a broad range of subjects for students of
different ages, abilities and needs.
Because of our broad range of courses, students are
automatically in a privileged position to progress onto a higher
level of study with us, should they wish to.
Students can enjoy the benefits of our extensive range of
facilities and a mature learning environment. Situated opposite
Barons Court tube station, the College offers good transport
links to central London and is well-linked by major bus routes.

Location
Aside from all the activity in local theatres and music
venues, Hammersmith is not without its tranquil side. Just a few
minutes walk from the buzz of the town centre you can relax and
soak up the beauty of the historic Thames riverside. With over
80 languages spoken in the area, Hammersmith is also rich in
diversity, which is reflected in the bountiful variety of shops
and restaurants available. Excellent travel links also make it
easy to visit London's popular museums, in nearby Kensington and
art galleries found on the South Bank.
Southall Campus
Introduction
As a result of the £10m investment in the site over the last
five years, our Southall campus provides an outstanding teaching
and learning environment incorporating the latest technology.
Students also have access to the Southall Sports Centre run by
the London Borough of Ealing, a landscaped garden and
recently-refurbished student common room.
The Sixth Form Centre is firmly established with a solid
academic reputation and excellent progression rates to higher
education or employment. Our excellent results are obtained
thanks to the dedication and expertise of our academic and
support staff and, of course, the hard work of our students. The
site also comprises of separate facilities for adult learning.
Location
Culturally rich, lively and colourful, Southall has something
for everyone. The Broadway is close-by to the College and alive
with eclectic restaurants and shops, including the largest Asian
shopping centre in London.
For such a relatively small region, Southall has many claims
to fame and local talent, being home at one time or another to
numerous prominent writers, artists and musicians, particularly
in the world of Bhangra and the location for numerous acclaimed
films.
Acton Campus
Introduction
Our Acton campus is a Centre of Vocational Excellence (COVE)
in Construction Crafts and offers an extensive choice of
construction courses which are taught in purpose-built
workshops. The College also offers Engineering, Electronics,
Motor Vehicle, English for Speaker of Other Languages (ESOL),
Skills for Life and Supported Learning courses to students of
all ages.
With the highly qualified and dedicated staff at Acton you
can take your learning experience to higher levels of
achievement.
Location
Located in the heart of Acton, with a fitness centre attached
to the premises, the College is a great place to study. The
College has excellent links with local and national businesses
and we use these contacts to help our students secure work
placements and, in many cases, employment after completing their
course. Acton is a vibrant place, rich in construction and
manufacturing history and host to a diverse local community -
you will be spoilt for choice of restaurants and shops.
Visit the local cinemas, bowling and more at the Royale
Leisure Park in Acton or take advantage of the excellent
transport links to explore other popular areas in London
including Ealing, Chiswick, Kensington, Hammersmith and
